  • Day 1: Medan to Bukit Lawang

    Begin your North Sumatra journey as you arrive at Kualanamu International Airport, where you’ll be greeted and transferred to the rainforest haven of Bukit Lawang. The scenic drive takes you past rubber and oil-palm plantations, gradually giving way to lush jungle landscapes that set the tone for the adventure ahead. On arrival, settle into your nature-framed accommodation and unwind to the tranquil sounds of the forest.

  • Day 2: Jungle Trekking Adventure (B)

    Wake up to the sounds of the jungle and prepare for an exhilarating trek into the heart of Leuser National Park. As you walk beneath towering trees, keep your eyes peeled for the elusive orangutans, who swing effortlessly from branch to branch. Along the way, you may also encounter other fascinating wildlife such as Thomas Leaf monkeys, playful Macaques, Gibbon and Black Gibbons.   • Day 4: Brastagi to Samosir Island (B/ L)

    After breakfast, depart for the iconic Samosir Island, nestled in the middle of the vast Lake Toba, the largest volcanic lake in the world. En route, visit the traditional Batak Karo village of Dokan, where the unique culture and customs of this indigenous community are preserved in their daily lives. Continue your journey to the spectacular Sipisopiso Waterfall, where the 90-meter-high cascade tumbles into the lake below, offering breathtaking views of Lake Toba from its northern edge. In Tomok Village, discover the fascinating history of the Sidabutar Kings as you explore the ancient stone sarcophagi and learn about the island’s spiritual traditions.
