Travel Itinerary
DAY 1
Phnom Penh/Sihanoukville to Kep
Transfer from either Phnom Penh or Sihanoukville airport to the idyllic seaside town of Kep, nestled in the foothills of a national park.
DAY 2
Kep and Rabbit Island
Explore Kep’s fascinating ruined villas, visit fishing villages and caves, and uncover Kep’s bustling crab market. Sample the region’s famous Kampot pepper crab dish. Take a boat to little-discovered Rabbit Island. Enjoy a refreshing dip in a secluded sandy cove, hike across the beautifully lush jungle-covered hills and meet friendly locals.
DAY 3
Kampot and Surrounds
Drive to the charming riverside town of Kampot, passing small fishing villages, and salt and pepper farms along the way. Explore the market and streets lined with Frenchcolonial buildings, and learn about the town’s famed pepper. Enjoy lunch, cycle past tranquil scenes and take a relaxed river cruise before returning to Kep.
DAY 4
Kep to Phnom Penh
Add extra nights in Kep or journey back to Phnom Penh with a local English-speaking guide to further explore
the capital or continue your onward journey.
